Please contact PIKCI before returning an item. We will confirm whether the item is eligible for a return and provide the appropriate instructions.

Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received, subject to applicable law and any product-specific restrictions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been reviewed.
